Eco Plastic Products, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, is on a mission to combat plastic waste by transforming recyclable plastics into practical, durable consumer products.
Founded in 2018 by Charlie Falletta and Jim Kelley, Eco Plastic Products is rooted in a shared passion for environmental stewardship. Their journey began years earlier in the solar energy industry, where their collaborative efforts included installing 220 solar panels atop the very facility Eco Plastic Products now calls home. This early partnership planted the seeds for a new venture with an even broader impact—one that tackles the pressing issue of plastic pollution.
What began as a visionary idea in the spring of 2018 became a tangible reality with the creation of their very first product: a vibrant blue park bench. This bench, crafted entirely from recycled plastics, found its home at Newark Natural Foods in Newark, Delaware, where it still stands today—a symbol of transformation and possibility.
Since then, Eco Plastic Products has expanded its reach, donating benches and other recycled creations to charities, non-profits, and even places as far away as Guam. Each piece is more than a product; it’s a testament to the power of reuse and a reminder that together, we can turn waste into something meaningful.
At Eco Plastic Products, every project reflects our belief in a cleaner, healthier planet. Never Waste an Opportunity.
